OBJECTIVE
Your road trip is complete once you have submitted student artifacts for each areas of the SAMR model on all five routes.
GAME BASICS
1. There are five different routes
2. Each route consists of four "objective" (one for each level of the SAMR model), plus two additional opportunities to earn points (Oasis and Excursion).
3. Your goal is to earn points on each route by completing the challenges at various levels of the SAMR model.
a. Each challenge has multiple options for you to choose from. You may only submit ONE activity per objective for points.
4. To earn objectives/points, you should plan and execute a lesson or activity in your classroom/role at St. Francis HS that matches up with the suggested activities on the roadmap (SAMR model). To submit it for review, upload the sppropriate documents to the correct spot in the SAMROE group on OnCampus and complete the SAMROE Evidence Form (link HERE). The administration team will review all submissions and award points accordingly. Points will be tallied on the website's leaderboard.
5. As you complete badges, you will be awarded points. You can redeem these points for various incentives and prizes (see point guide) by filling out the prize redemtion form (link HERE).

1. Each level of the SAMR model is worth a different amount of points.

2. Once you have received the minimum number of points, you may contact Colleen Kaplan to cash them in for the prize of your choosing. You may claim prizes as often as you like, provided you have the appropriate number of points to earn them!

THE FINE PRINT
1. To redeem points, fill out the Points Redemption Form, found here: LINK

2. Once points have been redeemed for a prize, those points are no longer valid.
​
3. Redeeming points for class coverage got personal days (half or full) will need to be submitted and approved via the Faculty Absence Form by Raeann Huhn. Any requested personal days (half or full) do not count towards a teacher's official allotted absences.

4. All points and standings will be available on the SAMROE Roadmap Website, under the Leaderboard page.

5. Unredeemed points will roll over from the 2016-2017 school year to the 2017-2018 school year.
​
6. Teachers are welcome to complete up to five activities in each of the following categories: Substitution, Augmentation, Redefinition, and Modification.
​
7. Teachers are welcome to complete multiple Oasis and Excursion activities. The first activity will earn the full point values and any additional activities will earn half points.
​
8. Point values and prizes WILL be reevaluated at the END of the 2016-2017 school year.
​
9. Point values and prizes MAY be reevaluated THROUGHOUT the 2016-2017 school year.
